- You can use frozen pineapples or fresh pineapple chunks along with a few ice cubes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 handful of kale and spinach (about 1 cup, packed)
- 6 mint leaves
- 1/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 packet Stevia (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
Add coconut water in a blender, followed by green leaves and mint. Add yogurt, then pineapple. Top with stevia and chia seeds (if using) and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
