4-Ingredient Breakfast Smoothie
A breakfast smoothie with only 4 ingredients is the quickest breakfast you can make on a busy morning packed with flavor and nutrition.
I can’t believe that it’s December already! The moment we finished the last bite of what’s left from last Thursday, a new definition of Thanksgiving leftovers was generated in my dictionary – like it or not, the last month of the year is approaching!
This time of the year is sort of annoying because it reminds me that I am inevitably going to be one year older soon. Ironically, I also kind of love this time of the year because that’s usually the time to set some new achievable goals, to prepare for making new things happen!
However, to me, nothing actually happens without this one thing. I MUST have it every morning to keep myself functional for the day. Otherwise, I am definitively useless!
This can’t-live-with-out thing is my beloved breakfast – first meal of the day!
As both Han and I are morning people, which means we work most productively in the morning, breakfast needs to happen FAST! Like really FAST so that we can quickly dive in whatever we need to do and make things happen, of course.
We also demand our breakfast to be super healthy, full of nutrition, and powerful! Yes, powerful! Isn’t it too much to ask for one breakfast?
The answer is “NO!” with this 4-ingredient breakfast smoothie!
Grab 4 ingredients.
Spend 2 minutes.
Drink it or take it to go!
There is no better way to start your morning than with a healthy and balanced breakfast. Blend this breakfast smoothie with low-fat milk, frozen berries, cranberry juice and a scoop of protein powder to power up your day!
Woohoo! Let’s start off December with this amazingly delicious, healthy, and quick breakfast smoothie, just like starting off your brand-new shinning morning! Happy December!

Sounds so good.but….what juice can I sub for cranberry?
If you don’t like cranberry juice, try coconut water or apple juice, maybe?

Adding a blender to this week’s shopping list.
Blender is actually quite useful, especially when it comes to making smoothies and shakes. It’s so easy and quick. 🙂
