- 1 jalapeño pepper, roughly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Lime juice from 2 limes, about 1/4 cup
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.
Notes
- The dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Shake well before using.
