Description
Sous vide chicken breast meal prep once and make at least five unique, healthy, and delicious chicken meals in under 15 minutes each.
Ingredients
Scale
- 10 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, about 4 pounds
- Olive oil
- Fresh herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and basil
For Paprika Chicken:
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Smoked paprika
For BBQ Chicken:
- Salt
- BBQ seasoning
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
For Cajun Chicken:
- Salt
- Cajun seasoning
For Curry Turmeric Chicken:
- Salt
- Curry powder
- Ground turmeric
For Mushroom Basil Chicken:
- Salt
- Mushroom powder
- Dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat water to 140°F (60°C) using a sous vide machine.
- Season each chicken breast with your preferred seasoning combination.
- Prepare multiple sous vide bags and put the chicken breasts with the same flavor in one bag or pack individually.
- Add some olive oil in each bag along with fresh herbs of choice. Vacuum-seal the bags.
- Submerge the chicken breasts in the preheated water bath and set the timer for 2 hours.
- Once cooked, transfer the chicken breasts to an ice-water bath to chill rapidly. Label with flavors and refrigerate for up to 7 days or freeze.
