Description
Hummus and cucumber toast with feta cheese, red chili flakes and a drizzle of olive oil.

- 6 slices baguette, cut horizontally
- 1 cup hummus (I used Hummus Made Easy)
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into 12 ribbons
- 6 tablespoons feta cheese
- Red chili flakes
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Toast bread and spread a thick layer of hummus onto each slice.
- Gently place 2 cucumber ribbons on top of the hummus of each slice; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon feta cheese and a pinch of red chili flakes. Repeat this step with the rest of the bread slices.
- Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy!
